Norbert is an executive, director and advisor specialising in strategy, ventures, digital and finance. He is currently the Executive General Manager Investments & Ventures at New Zealand Post (revenue NZD$1bn, FTE~6k) where he heads up standalone subsidiary businesses in logistics and customer communications and has a wider corporate and business development mandate. He serves as a director on affiliate boards including a large financial services group with over NZD$30bn of assets. Norbert is a member of Chartered Accountants of Australia & New Zealand and a member of the Institute of Directors of New Zealand. Norbert has led advisory engagements with some of New Zealand’s largest companies in the telecommunications, financial services, media and infrastructure industries both at Businessflow and prior to that at BearingPoint (ex KPMG Consulting). Norbert qualified as a Chartered Accountant at Arthur Andersen and has also worked in Europe (London, UK) in global roles in the telecommunications industry.

Chris is an experienced management consultant and programme manager. His background includes senior consulting and delivery roles within Accenture and Andersen Consulting in the UK and BearingPoint NZ. He has delivered strategy and business transformation initiatives for some of the largest and most highly respected organisations globally and has wide ranging industry experience incorporating financial services, telecommunications, media, utilities, oil and gas, consumer goods and retail. Chris is passionate about helping clients deliver value through defining and realising effective business strategies and believes achieving this is the cornerstone of enabling New Zealand businesses to improve their performance and return to shareholders.
